Section A - Terms for All Users

   By using BlankInk.io, including our website, tools, and creative features, you agree to comply with these Terms and all related policies.

   These Terms apply to all users, including creators publishing content, clients commissioning work, readers and viewers, and visitors to the platform.

   We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect after posting. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

   If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Eligibility

   • You must be at least 13 years old to use BlankInk.io.
   • Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
   • We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the Services.

   We may request proof of age at any time.

3. Scope of Services

   BlankInk.io provides a platform for publishing creative works, commissioning creative services, and engaging with content and community features.

   "Content" includes all materials uploaded or shared through the Services, such as text, artwork, audio, video, and related creative materials.

   We may include links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

4. Accounts

   To access certain features, you may need an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.

   Do not use another person's account without permission or impersonate others.

5. Acceptable Use

   You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the platform, use bots or automation to manipulate engagement, scrape or collect user data without permission, upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content, bypass paywalls or access restrictions, reverse engineer or exploit the system, or send spam or unsolicited messages.

   You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Services. We may update or discontinue features at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

   All platform branding, logos, and design elements belong to BlankInk unless otherwise stated. You may not use them without written permission.

7. Termination

   You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account.

   We may suspend or terminate accounts if you violate these Terms or our guidelines, harm the platform or other users, or engage in abuse, fraud, or manipulation. We may also remove content at our discretion.

8. Copyright and Infringement

   If you believe your work has been used without permission, send a notice including proof of ownership, a description of the content, the location of the material, and your contact information to support@blankink.io.

   We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat offenders.

9. Disclaimers

   BlankInk.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or suitability for your needs.

10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold BlankInk harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or violations of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months or PHP 1,000, whichever is higher.

12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be handled in Philippine courts unless otherwise required by law.

13. Miscellaneous

    • These Terms form the entire agreement between you and BlankInk.
    • If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
    • Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our rights.

Section B - Terms for Readers

1. Access to Content

   You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only.

   • You may not copy, distribute, or resell content.
   • You may not store content outside permitted features.

2. Purchases

   • All purchases are final unless required by law.
   • Digital goods are non-transferable and non-refundable.
   • Prices may change at any time.

3. Reader Conduct

   • Follow community guidelines when commenting or reviewing.
   • Respect creators' rights.

Section C - Terms for Creators

1. Your Content

   You retain ownership of your work. By uploading content, you confirm that you own or have the rights to it, that it does not infringe on others, and that it complies with applicable laws and our guidelines.

   You are fully responsible for your content.

2. Content License

   By publishing on BlankInk, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote your content within the platform.

   We will not sell or license your work to third parties without your consent.

3. Monetization

   If available, creators may earn through tips, subscriptions, and platform programs. You are responsible for taxes and accurate payment details.

   We may withhold payments in cases of fraud or violations.

4. Programs and Opportunities

   Special programs may have additional terms. Participation may be ended by either party with notice unless otherwise specified.
